Cross the famous "Avenue de Champagne " of Epernay called the most expensive Avenue in the world with its 200 million bottles in the cellar, taste 6 Champagne Grand cru + 3 local spirits in the villages classified at the highest of the Champagne Appellation among others in front of exceptional sites like the Castel of Saran, the ultra-private property where LVMH (Moet & Chandon, Dom Pérignon ...) receives its biggest customers and VIPs ...

Enjoy the special atmosphere that reigns during the harvest in Champagne!
In a friendly and authentic atmosphere, immerse yourself in the heart of the harvest in private in the exceptional classified vineyards of Champagne. You will harvest few bunches of grapes and meet the pickers and winegrowers working in the vines.

Visit 2 families of independent producers/winemakers and taste many 100% Grand Cru Champagnes : natural Champagne without dosage, old vines, vintages, aged in oak barrels ...

You will meet these 2 producer / winegrower families (the good addresses of the locals) who will open the doors of their cellar, their winery but also their working press to discover the process of making their champagne, its specificities and the grape press during the harvest.

The visit will be followed by several champagne tastings.If when we arrive, the press is in operation, you will have the chance to taste fresh grape juice !

And all this without forgetting to thank Dom Pérignon in the church of the famous village of Hautvillers called the "cradle of Champagne" where he now rests forever.

We will also pass by the Grand Cru village of Aÿ-Champagne and stop at the hillsides listed as World Heritage by UNESCO, in front of one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Champagne in Hautvillers, and exactly where Dom Pérignon led his experiments ...it is here that we will taste 3 famous spirits in Champagne : Ratafia, Fine of Marne and Marc of Champagne.
