Winemaker for a day, from the vineyard to the cellar

After having tasted a first vatful near our traditional press, we will go to one of our vineyards located near the domain. It is here that we will explain to you each of the steps that allow us to guide the plant until the harvest.
Back in the winery, you will discover the different stages of the traditional champagne making process as well as the tools of the time. We will share with you our choices of vinification, our experiments, our questions and we will disgorge a bottle in the manner of the ancients.
We will then head to our family cellar, lit with candles for a trip back in time. You will taste several champagnes blind, accompanied by a cheese and charcuterie platter. It's up to you to guess the composition of these 6 cuvées by telling us your feelings and what it inspires you.
